JOB TITLE: SALES SUPPORT
CORE FUNCTION: Provide Exceptional Service to local customers and sales support to the Sales Department
REPORT TO: Sales Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Answer all incoming phone calls dealing with customers and transferring calls to other staff members as needed.
- Processing of customers’ orders to meet specifications.
- Organisation of daily deliveries – prepare invoices and driver’s log as well as ensure that deliveries are arranged efficiently.
- Liaise with Sales Representative to ensure customers’ orders are filled in a timely manner and to their specifications.
- Assist with filing in the Sales Office.
- Assist with e-mails and calls to customers about new products or feedback
- Gather feedback from customers on service and products received from SIFH Group as well as competitors.
- Assist other departments as necessary to ensure efficient functioning of the company.
- Good customer service skills
- Good analytical skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
- Understanding of Adagio Inventory and Order Entry System
- A Team Player
