My name is Carlana McGuire and I head up the small, yet mighty team at Paperclip.

As a Strategic HR Leader with over a decade of HR experience, I have guided successful HR initiatives across various industries, driven by a passion for people and a desire to build a strong and capable workforce committed to the organization’s success. I partner with C-Suite executives and senior leadership teams to ensure HR strategy aligns seamlessly with organizational goals, maintaining compliance while driving impactful transformation projects. My expertise lies in translating complex business strategies into actionable HR solutions that prioritize both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.

My academic background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management & Training, Bachelor’s in Business with Human Resource Management and Masters studies in Human Resource Management. This strong educational foundation complements my practical experience.
