This workshop is designed for managers, supervisors, sales staff, customer service personnel, and those on the front line who engage with customers and stakeholders on a day to day basis.
Attendees will learn practical strategies to deal with challenging customers, boost confidence in communicating, how to put an end to time-consuming meetings, and reduce confrontations.
The workshop will be held on March 24 and 26, 2020 from 9 am to 4 pm. The workshop is one-day only, and we offer two days so participants can select the day most convenient.
