This workshop is designed for managers, supervisors, sales staff, customer service personnel, and those on the front line who engage with customers and stakeholders on a day to day basis.
Attendees will learn practical strategies to deal with challenging customers, boost confidence in communicating, how to put an end to time-consuming meetings, and reduce confrontations.
