Founder & Principal Consultant
Carlana McGuire is an organisational strategist and workforce advisor with experience supporting organisations across the Caribbean in areas including organisational design, workforce strategy, governance, compensation, leadership development, and performance systems.
Her work combines practical implementation experience with a deep interest in organisational effectiveness, workforce trends, labour market dynamics, and institutional capacity building.
Carlana is also a writer, speaker, and thought leader whose work explores the intersection of people, performance, leadership, governance, and organisational sustainability.
