Our Story
Paperclip was founded on a simple belief:

Our Founder
Paperclip is led by Carlana McGuire, an organisational development and workforce strategy consultant with experience supporting organisations across the Caribbean.
Her work spans organisational design, governance, workforce planning, compensation strategy, leadership development, and institutional strengthening. Combining practical consulting experience with research and academic insight, she works with leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen organisational capability, and drive sustainable performance.
